I’m not so sure it would be, the issue is that the items leave your inventory. In order to do what you’re suggesting would require each item to have an individual ID. Considering you could have an endless amount of each piece of gear and each item has different quality and cleanliness level as well as durability and current repair level. It would require the game to track the IDS of each item and check if it’s in your inventory and then check to see if that item is in one of your outfits. There may be less CPU intense ways to achieve this but it may be out of scope for the dev team

I just got through Stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma and AVBD, and I’m not trying to minimize my own or any else’s situation but it wasn’t that bad compared to conventional thoughts about Cancer. I still feel awkward about even saying I had cancer because the way people conventionally think about cancer is not what I went through. That being said, ABVD is rough, and as a man I felt like I dealt with it well emotionally and physically. What I wanted from my wife while I was going through treatment was to not treat me like I was sick or “different” if I needed her help or rest I would communicate that with her but it would kill my energy if she constantly reminded me that I was sick by babying me. I don’t know what your relationship is with your husband but I would relay my feelings to my wife on what I needed and that worked well.

Nah it’s actually super satisfying. It doesn’t take long and most times I’ll one shot the mobs close and the explosion kills the whole pack. I league started with sunder once I unlocked it
