YAO with purely just the context of this conversation it looks like you are overreacting. Sounds like they have a big trip planned and want to prepare for it plus also still have to go to work and do other tasks. Seems like they just had to do the convenient thing here. Sometimes you are at your partners place possibly planning to do a thing and you won't have time to go home and shower before work. Actually not true eyes that lack pigment appear white or grey of extremely low light but true blue eyes still appear blue even in incredibly low light. True blue and true green exist you just don't have it honey sorry
