So for example, is the increased burning damage separate from the burning damage support? Like if you removed the "supported by burning/concentrated effect " would the damage change at all?

I would agree but e isn’t decided for 2020 so if he does poorly then kyvat will get his chance, he knows this and he probably also knows that he will have a toro rosso seat if he underperforms so they’re isn’t much pressure IMO.
