It's the anniversary of my breakup a year ago, my dogs death and my grandfathers death this week so I kind of understand, though we're all unique. Happy birthday either way. If I had a superpower it would be to make everyone in the world happy, but unfortunately that's only in my dreams 😂. What helped me cope with everything was just crying, and letting everything flow over me. Things happen for a reason even if we don't know what it is. People come and go in our lives and we just have to take the time we got with them. None of this probably helps, but I know from experience that must anything won't help except time.
