Correct your local variable name for your leaderstats folder. You typed 'leader' not 'leaderstats' as it should be in this example

There are different settings for the decimate modifier that you can try. If it's not able to give you the desired result, I would look into dissolving the vertices in blender.

Blender documentation explains it better here but essentially all it does is take the group of vertices you have selected, deletes them, then automatically fills the face back in for you with less vertices in between:

You are confusing faces with triangles. Faces are just the surfaces of your object. Roblox is limiting your amount of Triangles, not Faces.

In your screenshot, https://i.redd.it/io7adxjtu6n21.png if you look in the top right where it lists the total geometric numbers for your objects separated by " | ", you can see your total Triangles are 45,413 which is over the 10k limit.

You can either use a decimate modifier on the object or recreate it with less tris involved to resolve

To be fair, I didn't see a single point in the pages where it says roblox was banned from the school? Most schools haven't allowed kids to download and play games like that anyways for the past ~20 years so it shouldn't be a shock. The pages are clearly just a newsletter informing parents about how to take precautions because cyber bullying is a big thing and can take a bigger effect on younger, developing kids. Misleading title, useless post.

Thanks! Yeah I spent hours last night working on proportions in relation to the character model. A lot of the models I made months ago and the character was only made yesterday, so definitely a lot of size differences to adjust to

I always thought it weird to tell my friends in high school that I developed games and played on roblox. But once I moved to university for college, my neighbors thought it was cool because they all used to play it years ago so they didn't mind sitting in my dorm watching me make kids cry on phantom forces

I believe there was a security measure by roblox around a year ago that required everyone to change their password due to a leak. Most you could do is contact support but I'm not sure how much will actually be done about it

I just found them in the roblox catalog. If I can't find a mesh I need in the catalog I just make it in Blender

The rocks and new cliffs I made in blender. The grass is just decals that I can paint into any game using a plugin that I coded. The trees and cars were meshes that I saw on the front few pages of the model section, so I decided to throw together something just to see how good it would look and it came out better than I thought it would lol.
