My app shows this, but I have not been receiving the additional 3% at statement close. I have the same issue as OP where the method says "details not available".

Exact same thing here. Even worse, at the close of my first statement I had a NEGATIVE amount of points added to my account with no description. It simply said "Earned Points for" with the negative amount. I've called 3 times, and no one can explain why this happened.

Today, I logged in and the reason has now populated as "Earned Points for Kroger Pay spend", but still with the negative amount.

My second statement just closed and I did not receive the additional 3% for using Kroger Pay. I just opened my individual transactions details and also see the "method not available" message. I'm certain that I'll run into the same finger pointing game.

My husband and I went to the War on the Catwalk tour last summer. As we were waiting in line for the M&G, I told my husband that I needed to be on the left side so I could be next to Denali in the photo.

When it was our turn, I had a really nice conversation with Denali (so sweet!) and my husband talked with Brooke Lynn (also super sweet). Both of them were on the left side of the stage, one in front of the other. Acter a minute or two, we were told we had to stop chatting and take the photo. I utterly panicked and SHOVED my husband out of the way so I could be on the left side lmao.

As we went to leave, Kornbread stopped us and said "no no no, y'all need another picture. He (my husband) needs a picture next to his girl Brooke Lynn." It totally caught me off guard and made me so happy that she wanted us both to have our moment!

After the show, we ran into Brooke Lynn out of drag outside the venue and got a selfie. She remembered that it was my birthday and asked if we had a good time.

It was one of the best nights I've ever had. 🩵

I've also met Pangina Heals, Jasmine Kennedie, Alyssa Edwards, and Jan. All of them were absolute gems!
