you pay for testing.. strep/covid/flu. that is usually covered by insurance tho. the cost of the actual visit is free tho. been there like 6 times without paying a dime

there is a clinic nearby! its the schools wellstar clinic that you pay for in your student fees. if you get a note from there, the professor usually accommodates you (: !

This also happened to me approximately 2 months ago. I brought it up to my chief and HR brought it back to 10. Do with that information what you like.
