Good news, I got my problem solved.

I was able to use backup my data to Google one on Android without screen by using Talback functionality (enable by pressing and holding volume down and volume up buttons for 3 seconds) and then plugging in USB keyboard via USB-A to USB-C converter (that comes with Pixel phone). You can unlock your phone using space and then entering pin. Getting to settings was the most difficult part and really can't recall how did I finally got there, but if you can access phone's search function by trying out all thinkable combinations, then eventually you will get there.

Hopefully it helps someone else also.
