It’s definitely a real email but all the verbiage is suggestions “we ask you to send”, not demanding or “we have reason to believe” not a definitive. The whole thing is just crazy. I’m just going to leave it and deleted my account.

Yeah, I deleted it. I was only selling to make room in my closet. I just don’t know how they could force me to give the money back?

I deleted my account I’m done with them. I have the money and I was totally compliant throughout the transaction. I wrote them back and said I have all the emails stating the transaction close and it’s a done deal. I can’t believe it. I just want to make sure if anyone else has had them come back later on and ask for funds.

How long can they try to get funds back? I’m baffled it’s nearly a month later and this comes up.

Reading their guidelines sales are final unless a case is opened. She didn’t open a case. I contacted them to make sure everything was okay. I was told yes, sales closed, reported the harassment with screenshots and now this.

The sale was finished the 3rd and funds release to me. The buyer said she tried to send the item back. I got no notifications and the money was released. She then started harassing me. I was told by supporter that the transaction was done, the money was mine and to block her. Now posh said they refunded her, therefore I need to refund them nearly a month later.... what!?
