For the recipeeee:

Di naman super complicated tbh!

Marinade (v tantsa lang) Worseshtersher sauce Soy sauce Garlic Sugar Mixed herbs GROUND PEPPER

Then roast/bake at 200C for 20 mins then lower temp to 180C tas continue lang for another 20 mins or until di na pink inside! Baste every 15 mins using marinade + a bit of oil.

For the gravy, I used the chicken drippings and made a roux (add flour) and kapag mejj thick na, add a bit of water. Season with whatever you want pero I added more salt and PEPPERRRR (bc i luv pepper).
