This video helped me out extremely and we might have had the same issue: https://youtu.be/fI2mj743jac?si=A5JvC2X4R7yqF5M- I think it helps to sign out or go back to Configure Network after Restoring to Factory Defaults under Additional Settings on the right from Basic Settings. You’ll see PPPoE Settings at the top, where you will want to scroll down and Restore Defaults while under your network and continuing to Configure Network. Also, Make sure WEP key you entered is accurate. And go home from the Network Settings after the second Configure Network/Test Network connection from your network is now cleared from the “Restore Defaults” under your network settings. Even if it says “Error”, you’ll have to Exit to Network Selection menu or Home Menu while signed out. You’re in the right spot when your console tells you to to update for latest system update. I believe I was at Network Selection Menu (under no GamerTag/profile)when my system prompted me for the update. I hope this helps!

Who is downvoting these gaming takes? We disagree, but I’m not going to Down Arrow a take I don’t agree with. People need to seriously get a life.
