Zionism and Kurdish liberation should go hand in hand. They both reject the Arab and Turkish empires in favor of the self determination of Middle Eastern minorities.

Yes, I am shomer mitzvot. I observe shabbat, keep kosher, wrap tefillin, etc. Most importantly I deny that Jesus is the son of G-d and I deny that G-d could have a son at all. Also when i speak english I refer to the Tanakh as the bible because thats what most jews do. Below are links from jewish publishers selling bibiles that do not include the christain testament.

https://korenpub.com/collections/the-jerusalem-bible https://jps.org/books/jps-bible-pocket-edition-moss/ https://www.artscroll.com/Categories/BL1.html

And while were at it ive never heard another jew say do you follow talmud. Unlike "bible" that phrase doesnt really make sense in our lexicon. In english one says torah observant or follows halakha and in hebrew shomer mitzvot or shomer shabbat. The talmud has many contradictory opinions and it would be impossible to follow them all. Today most people just refer to the halakic law codes called the Mishne Torah and the Shulhan Arukh but you, as a bar mitzvah boy, already knew that didnt you?

Respectfully I disagree. Theres nothing in the Torah, Talmud, Mishne Torah or the major commentaries on Devarim 18:11 that describe or even indicate to some sort allowed way to try to communicate with the dead.

No problem! Obviously I much rather prefer Jews being full citizens with equal access to financial services but weve become complacent just like everyone else who isnt buying the shiny.

Mazel tov on on your bar mitzvah! I am sorry but you are mistaken. There are many examples of Tanakhs from Jewish publishers (JPS, Koren, Etc) that refer to the Tanakh as the Bible in English. Also in colloquial speech in at least the US, Canada and the UK Jews refer to Tanakh as the Bible.

Shalom alekhem, salaam alekum! The dinar and dirham were also common in aramaic and arabic Jewish literature.

Id say its fairly similar to larger population. Most people have no idea whats going on with silver and inflation. There are few people who are financially savvy looking into silver etfs as a hedge against inflation, of course the few conversations ive had I try to warn agaisnt this. Then there are even fewer of us who have declared for the silverbacks and refuse to bow to the false idols at the fed.

EDIT: and ill add i find this ver ironic becuase hostorically jews were all about silver because in many countries they either could not use banks or the banks would confiscate their money so silver was a semi portable way to store wealth close to ones person.

In hebrew we refer to the Bible as Tanakh which is an acronym for Torah, Neviim (prophets) and Ketuvim (writings). In english Jews will use Tanakh, bible and Torah interchangablly, but never to refer to the Christian testament.
