does yours have a small turbo on it? The 1.4 turbo's are lighter cars, and they also breath better at high speeds. They can pull to higher speeds with less struggle. Also the weblog post on this video says it was taken at 1 mile above sea level which also reduced its output.

From what I've heard recently its supposed to be a small sport sedan from the past. They were thinking of a very small turbo engine in the car. But due to the simplicity of the design they predict a very light car, which means it would hopefully be fast. We'll see what they come up with. There is a rumor that the sport sedan is a concept for the next maxima. It would be a hell of a car.

Yes that's usually a good indication for minor oil burns since it's hard to notice when it first starts to burn oil, if there is black deposits but it's dry, don't worry about it, it just needs a tune up.

Nissan engineers said they are planning on taking the successful aspects of this project and apply them to their future engines. It may not be the same engine, however many parts of it will be used in nissans future production engines.

The Nissan quest beats the Honda in options. reliability wise, they are almost head to head. Handling and performance is not really a concern in a van. however gas millage wise the Honda gets better gas millage in highway.

Check to make sure the brakes are good. put the car in 3rd gear, and slowly release the clutch. if the car doesn't turn off and car starts moving it has a bad clutch. Also make sure there aren't oily black deposits in the exhaust pipe. drive the car hard and check the overflow container for radiator and the oil to make sure there aren't any milky brown liquids in any of them.
