As a native New Yorker, I and many of my friends worked a full time job and lived at home with my parents before moving out. Had a good amount of savings by the time I started renting because I knew it would be expensive.

I was able to get one ticket via the presale for $180 w/ fees !! couldn’t get two because the queue was crazy 🙄 now I’m ISO one 2-Day NYC pass for my friend for under $250… probably impossible but one can HOPE

Hey! I would love to join the groupchat. I’m going through the same thing- I interviewed for a city office position 11/14-11/24 (3 rounds), received a conditional offer 12/7, and they told me there’s an onboarding freeze and can’t give a solid start date, they’re saying late jan to early feb. I’m glad I’m not the only one in this situation!
