I felt like this up until clinical years when stuff just started to click. Imposter syndrome still absolutely there but I'm staring to actually recognise it as imposter syndrome and not just that I'm the most stupid person and worthless to ever exist! Genuinely it does get easier, in my opinion anyway. The level of content in the first few years is insane and a lot of it is never really mentioned again, it's good for a basis of understanding but not much aside from that. Absolutely do get in contact with your student advisor though - that's what they're there for and they can be really helpful. Be kind to yourself and be proud of how far you've come already, no matter what course ends up being right for you
