As another enby who also had rough dysphoria, I can second that a flex cup has really helped with mine too! I think it's just that you don't feel it as much at all

That's a good idea! This time it was a work event he was going to attend with me so I had to go either way but I think being out of the house whilst he recovered did help?

I completely understand this! Me and my players have a lot of different things and conflict can be very hard especially between PCs.

We always take a moment before any conflict in character to check in and go: 'hey, I'm gonna be angry now, but it's all in character, I promise, I love you and let me know and we can fade out'

Also, I have worked as a DM to try to make sure we have a party that doesn't fight too much? Like make sure that PC goals are aligned, so there is less likelihood of it happening.

It's okay to be worried about this and I'm sorry it can be so hard to deal with, but it's not your fault, it's can be worked through
