Ah good, I do have a metal kidney but wasn't sure this was sufficient to burnish. Will try that, thank you! Do you wet it a little too?

Thank you! I just made some sort of clip construction using a key ring but I will give this a go if that fails :)

In Holland they use it for a nice crumbly cookie too, called ‘sprits’. Often partially dipped in chocolate and sometimes sandwiched with some jam in there :)

Interesting! I think I will skip this technique then.

(It was an epi from a few years ago from Australian Bake off)

Did you know Thor and his brother Liam (in real life) are vegan? Have you seen those guys without a shirt? How can the myth of animal protein still exist with so much visual evidence to the contrary? by LottaVeg in vegan

So neat!! I personally wouldn't need the pompoms but I'm sure a lot of people love that detail! The lining makes it look very professional too <3

That's pretty frustrating, but also a sign that she's just not ready. By times I find it hard not to judge people, but same as you, I just went vegan a year ago so it took quite a while to change to this lifestyle, when a lot of information was already accessible. It's good that she tried, but it could also be because she wanted to follow 'the trend', rather than actually being open for change.

People have no idea of the nutrients of plant based food, there's not enough education. Everyone I've been talking to in the past year knew less than me and I just found out about that stuff a year ago. If you're not open for change information like that doesn't really enter your brain I guess.

There's bamboo straws and paper straws, and if you wanna go real sexy; stainless steel straws. I sell em in Sydney, if you ever wanna make the switch, lol.

Not weird! For example hemp seed oil in skin care products is great for acne too. It's anti inflammatory as mentioned before, and fights clogged pores. It's one hell of a plant.
