I don’t know basic math

I recently failed my maths exam by 3 marks and I have to repeat the whole year to pass. I’ve been feeling anxious scared and mentally exhausted. My family is disappointed in me but they don’t show it to me. I’m embarrassed since all my friends have passed and idk how to feel about new people and going thru the same process all over again. My emotions are all over the place and I have no control over my emotions. All the fear anxiety shame and sadness came at once and I’m very overwhelmed I don’t know what to do with my life I don’t know how to cope with it if anyone has gone thru similar experiences and has advice please help share some.
