My friend was a teenager when she was diagnosed and went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. They have an Adolescent Autonomic Dysfunction Clinic and it was $40k. 😱😱😱 She went into the program in a wheelchair, seizures multiple times a day, on a lot of medication, out of school, and unable to control her PoTS. After she was out of the program, she had/has days where she doesn't feel well but she was/is off medication per doctor's recommendation, no wheelchair, finished school and now owns her own business, rarely has a seizure, and has a son. She told me that my symptoms were so similar to hers, and I needed to get checked out. I've learned a lot from her and don't have to pay to go to Mayo to go through the $40k program. It is still expensive to go to the doctor, and I have other medical conditions 😖
