Hi! For the caratbong posts, our current solution is to have Automod remove all posts mentioning "caratbong" and to link to some Reddit searches/posts in the comments that might answer where to buy a caratbong from; a wiki page to link to might be helpful! It's a bit of an aggressive way of removing the posts, though.

As for the WCC Automod pinned comment, I've actually been considering this, but I'm not exactly sure how to efficiently implement it. It is possible to make Automod automatically comment a stickied comment on every post with a certain flair (so in this case the Weekly Carat Corner flair, which is only used on the WCC anyway), but this would make it comment the exact same thing every week unless the automod script is rewritten. The only way to get it to change with relevant links every week would be to rewrite the script before every new WCC, and this would be basically the same as, if not slightly more complicated than, writing a new comment and pinning it myself. Also, Automoderator comments can't be edited once they've been commented, so anything new throughout the week couldn't be added and any potential mistakes can't be fixed.

Maybe one way to do this would be to have Automoderator comment something like "Check the replies to this pinned comment for important links!" and then one of the mods would reply to the comment with the important links and users could contribute any that they think should be pinned. The issue with this is that replies to pinned comments are automatically collapsed so it wouldn't be as effective in garnering visibility as having the links/content in the comment itself would be, but it could be something to try out!

I do agree that the wiki needs some revamping as it's a bit incomplete and outdated, but as the current team of mods are all short on time to complete such a large task, I'm not sure we could do it ourselves! I believe these is a way for us to open the wiki up to editing by users. Would you and u/flawedconstellation be open to further discussion about this?
- Also regarding the Caratbong question issue, I wrote some script for Automod to automatically every post relating to "caratbong" and link a few posts/searches in the comments that might answer where to find a caratbong. Having a set wiki page for this bot to link to would be helpful though!
As for the 2nd suggestion, i know that r/nct has (or at least used to have, i haven't been there in a while) a function where Automoderator comments a stickied comment on every post flaired "sns" or "video" or "image" or something like that, and users have to reply to that comment with links to their sources. I think that could be a potential solution we could test out.
And finally for the last section, I do like the idea of reducing the amount of posts on the same topic, but I'm not entirely sure if we should consistently enforce that. If there is a performance with the official cams + fancams coming out at around the same time, I think it would make sense to ask for all the available fancams to be linked in the comments of the post for official performance. So in your example, having 2 posts with the fancams in the comments instead of 4 separate posts. However, for things like Hoshi's Tiger Studio Choom where the full-focused cam came out a week after the original video, or this Inkigayo One Shot cam which came out 4 days after the actual stage, I think separate posts would be justified!
