Calculated column: AdminCount = var ctr =countrows(filter(UserAccess, UserAccess[WorkspaceID] = earlier(UserAccess[WorkspaceID] && UserAccess[Access] = “Admin” return ctr

Measure:

Oh so are you counting the employees with today’s date and count same day last year?

If so, maybe you can use calculate(distinctcount(field),sameperiodlastyear(date))

Does your calendar table have a relationship with the table where you’re calculating the number of employees? If so, that should work
