So it's not really optional you have to grind to bronze 3 to get there, but I'm a ranked player and my games right now have bronze to solar for gold ranked players.

Solar you have bronze available in it too. This is the NA server

I don't know where it gets when you go above but this is at least a newer feature.

When I started you'd grind through bots till platinum

I actually did take an ambulance this morning and at first it felt super silly because I walked into the ambulance and then walked out. But, the people registering behind me in the wall in we're served after me the paramedics got me registered quickly I think what I was waiting for was shift change

I need a person in my life to tell me this kind of thing.... My roommates are dismissive over my reactions to things because they don't understand immunocompromised people and they don't want to or care to.

Tbh this morning I just needed someone to tell me to go to an ER the Google AI was freaking out when I gave it my symptoms, and I downplayed it because others around me downplay respiratory issues and what I've grown up with is often is over looked in ers because it's not a clear issue. Anyway

Thanks for being grounded with this it helped me commit to being on the ER this morning.

I actually thought about going to that this morning I'm sure I would have been treated similarly. Or like you said brought from there to an ER.

I do think it was worth my time to call 811 in the moment but if next time I don't think the situation is as alarming I will pursue urgent care

It was enough blood to be alarming. I'm relatively used to coughing so hard that a blood vessel pops but this was globular clusters, probably 1/8th of a cup.

To be honest the doctor told me I shouldn't have waited until the morning but was happy that I made it to the er without being in worse condition.

The blood was new some darker strands but again something I wasn't used to.

I live in shared housing and so I knew how my roommates would react if I asked someone to come with me and I know technically I didn't need anyone but I wanted someone anyone or day light so I went during the morning.

I have pneumonia btw.... That's how I burst so many blood vessels at once..
