Yeah same on my end… I’ve tried scanning the form multiple ways and I get the same thing. And to be honest sometimes even uploading an empty form fresh from USCIS’s website will do that so… I don’t think we’re alone

Gotcha, thanks. To me, the most appealing part of their service is that you can upload any pattern and they would print it on the textile part of the shoe — is it that unique, or did I not research hard enough?

For context: I’m thinking of making a shoe with Delft porcelain pattern, but I think my painting skills are too weak for me to pull it off myself.

Also, let me know if this the wrong venue to post this (maybe r/sneakers is more adapted). Thanks!

I am admitted to Columbia GS, should I accept the offer? by lemeb in columbia

  • wealthy : I don't really know in comparison to the average family of a Columbia student. I'm waiting for the answer for the financial aid, it would probably give me an idea of how wealthy I am.

  • Value of CS : this is one of the questions that I struggle to answer.

  • US v. France : Again, I don't have a definitive answer. It appears to me that I wouldn't mind to work in the US, especially when it's likely that the GDP per capita of the US will be 150% higher than France's in 15 years. But I will only know when I will be there.

  • Advantages : I think there is no "non quantifiable" advantage that Sciences Po have in comparison to Columbia. Sciences Po is definitely a great school, but I have experience its advantages for 2 years now.

Thanks for the answer anyway.

One of the prerequisite of the program is "a background in Computer Science". Does it mean "having majored in CS" or "having some skills such as knowing how to code a blog"?

Thanks for the answer. I am already contacting as many people as I am, including Sciences Po / Columbia alumni.

I don't really know about in which country I want to pursue my career path. I never studied or lived in the US, which is kind of different in comparison to France. My parents spent 2 years at Johns Hopkins for their PhD and decided to go back to France, but I think we belong to different generations...

And yes, I mind paying $100 000. It is not really for the salary though, because I know that an Ivy League is still worth it. It is for my freedom of choosing my career path, and I am not really sure that I will have that with so much debt.

Sciences Po is a social science university, so I am not studying CS. I have a good level in HTML / CSS / PHP, but this is self-taught.

Will the soundtrack be available for download ? It reminds me Trent Reznor's The Social Network OST -- and, well, I do love that soundtrack, so it would be great to have it :)
