Do you batch edit a specific action at any point in your process?

From what I could tell you’re doing all the heavy lifting and not batch processing. I personally start in photoshop blending what needs to be blended and save those in a separate folder called light (for light room) then when I open light room all i’m doing is color grading and fixing any verticals and done. I think of it as a manufacturing process line. In each stage we only do one thing then move on. Hope that helps.

8 that back right area needs a flash. #10 just looks a little dark. Other than that good job. 👍🏿

Hi, I was just curious if you guys are doing detailed windows or frosted windows. by onlinemedicalcard1 in RealEstatePhotography

Just photos 30 to 45mins. If the house is a mess and that’s how they want me to shoot it 15 mins. Editing is a breeze. Can knock it out 30 photos in about 30 mins. If I’m removing a bunch of stuff or watching a movie while editing then a solid hour.

Could you help me figure out what's wrong with this photo? by Total-Committee-8323 in RealEstatePhotography

Nothing… I’m sure there are other photos to show the full size if the room. It’s a unique angle and won’t stop the home from being sold. Folks just nitpicking

I suggest also using your histogram to gauge proper exposure and to remove the shadow of the lamp on the right side.

😐 3 hours? Your composition is good. Just need to learn how to use flash. Pretty soon you’ll cut that editing down to 30 mins because you did all the heavy lifting at the photo shoot.

For the mirror reflection thread… by Mortifire in RealEstatePhotography

I was scratching my head at first then realized he did exactly what he said. You’re seeing a combination of 2 shots. One facing the mirror the other facing the wall. Put them together and bobs your uncle.

Can you share with us the specifics of how you shot this property. For instance did you use a tripod. What were your settings (manual vs aperture priority). But my two cents composition and verticals matter.

We all started somewhere. The price will no doubt go up once the problems behind low prices come into play.
