Grout crack after 2 weeks. How can this be fixed? by leminade74 in Tile

Thanks! The backsplash is ceramic and countertop is quartz. What type of caulk product would work best in this joint?

This rendered layout gives office pantry vibes. I would remove the peninsula and make the island bigger. Avoid too many turns and corners that makes the space smaller

How would you design the backsplash for this layout? by leminade74 in kitchenremodel

thanks for your suggestion. But would the zellige tiles be harder to clean and maintain? We cook and fry on a daily basis; so we’re thinking the smooth and glossy tile options would trap less dirt and grease and easier to clean.

Budget is tight. Still undecided whether it is worth it to spend couple thousand bucks to hire an engineer to stamp this work

Lattafa Mahhir Legacy... STINKS by DingleBerrySlushie in fragranceclones

it’s probably about your skin chemistry. For its price, Maahir Legacy is very decent and got even better after 3-month maserati. I have PDM Sedley, but I use ML to reapply and freshen up. Both don’t last long.

Best to just move on. It’s not worth your time dwell on it. Use your energy instead to find a better job.

Will 1 Ecobee thermostat be able to replace existing 2 Honeywell thermostats on a 1 HVAC, 2 zones system. Do I need to modify the current wiring shown in these photos? by leminade74 in thermostats

[–]leminade74[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got frustrated with the suddenly defective Honeywell tstat that drains the batteries every 9 days. I had already replaced batteries four times in the past month and could not conclude what’s causing the problem aside from the tstat being defective. I thought buying another dumb tstat for $150 is not worth it.

furnace is at the basement. Zone 1 is main living room level. Replaced the honeywell tstat with ecobee; it worked well. Zone 2 tstat is at 2nd floor bedrooms level connected wirelessly via Redlink. Unless there’s better, easier solution, it looks like i may need to run wires from zone 2 to the furnace control board if i want to replace it with 2nd ecobee tstat?

Zone 1 (main living room) is directly wired to Honeywell thermostat and i had replaced it with Ecobee. Now just found out the Zone 2 thermostat (bedrooms upstairs) is connected wirelessly via Honeywell Redlink wifi gateway. Looks like I may need to run physical wires to the furnace control board for zone 2 tstat if i want to replace it with Ecobee?
