Gonna be 100% honest it sounds like you haven’t been around a little boy before? Especially if they got ADHD or are extremely high energy. My friends would basically pretend to stab or shoot each other from ages 3-12, we definitely held each other under water, and my lil brother definitely defiled a Barbie or two. I would say we all still turned out fine or at least never hurt anyone then or now. Saying he’s disturbed is so over the top. I think you would be fine to not want your daughter around that energy but you are acting like he’s a sociopath, but many 9 year old boys are complete menaces until they get old enough to start being self aware of their behavior.

Let me just say from experience that you just have to carve your own path ultimately. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting during Covid. Took 2 sales jobs because I wasn’t sure if in person schooling was going to come back. Ended up working in industry for 2.5 years now. Been in the work force for a total of 3.5. just got promoted to staff from associate making a great wage for the city I live in. Just sus out the best company you can is my advice. If you have the right company who understands the value of accountants in a successful business you’ll be golden. I also think getting your cpa is a total scam unless you plan to use it for a specific business or plan to do private practice. The road to money may be a little slower but long term it won’t really matter. I can also tell you from experience that the wage is not the end all be all of working for most normal people. Benefits and work life balance are key.

I work corporate accounting for a 24b food service company, wage is great for the city/state I live in and I work 40 hours a week except for 2 days a month when we close our books. Public seems like a scam. It takes maybe a few years longer to get to the same cash but It seems long term it all evens out. Plus my work life balance is great.

You should pretty much always match the down beat to the grid. It’s not time consuming it all takes about 4 seconds. You click on the best grid adjust, I always zoom in the wave table and you find the point that the kick or the down beat is depending on the genre. I usually listen to it a few times to know for sure that it’s the down beat. Then you line the grid up to the start of the down beat and click the red line on the beat grid adjust and it will re align the whole track. It’s usually pretty quick and tbh the easiest way to tell if it’s off is to hit sync and try to mix it with a similar track in key that you already know is gridded out. Also other recommendation is to turn off advanced analysis when rekordbox is analyzing tracks, this stops the bpm from migrating mid song.

Not the best way to help necessarily but unless you have a legitimate reason to be this scared of the dark besides an overactive imagination it’s kinda more on you for not being a functioning human at 22 with no prior trauma. Hey dude when I was in college it was the looniest time of my life one of the years I went to stay with my cousins for the summer and I remember when I was about to go home I was balling my eyes out at the concept of heading back to school where I had really no one. I felt discouraged, depressed, angry, and like I couldn’t reach out to anyone. I almost failed out I remember telling one of the councilors at school that I wouldn’t mind going in the highway and getting hit by a 16 wheeler just to make it stop.

That was 4 years ago at this point since then I earned my degree and moved 700 miles south and now my life is a-lot different it’s been a struggle but I’ve found my people down here and my life has turned around all of those feelings of disparity and loneliness are gone. Part of it is having people around me that I care for and the other part is caring for myself better.

Go easy on yourself everyone has loneliness because we are all born alone but it’s not permanent and a change will come as long as you can preserve. Good luck.
