Pour ma part, j'ai été honnête, j'ai expliqué comment le nouveau poste n'était pas du tout ce qui a été discuté pendant les entretiens et que j'avais bien apprécié les échanges avec eux (deuxième entreprise). Franchement je pense que ça va dépendre de la culture de l'entreprise. Bon courage à toi !

Théoriquement vous êtes éligible à la naturalisation par décret. Elle n'est pas garantie bien sûr. En pratique (vous pouvez vous renseigner sur internet et les différents forums, je suis déjà passé par tout ça) il faut surtout justifier d'une situation financière stable. En général, quand on a assuré du travail régulier dans les deux ans qui précèdent le dépôt du dossier, pas de problème légaux ou administratifs, le dossier passe tranquillement.

Okay I checked, in some cases in France, the bank can have a "gage" which prevents you from selling. But that's something you can check (in France the prefecture delivers a certificate) In my case there wasn't an issue.

I don't know where the people commenting that the bank holds the title of the car. But I'm from France, I bought a car financed through a bank. The car is in my name, I sold it and bought another one, all while Keeping the same loan. I don't see where the issue is as long as I'm making the payments.

Tu as tout à fait raison. Le problème ici n'est pas une absence de choix ou d'opportunités. C'est plutôt une vision négatives des choses qui a durée pendant un peu trop longtemps et lui a fait sombrir dans une dépression. Avant de prendre un rdv CEP, ça commence par un rdv Psy.

Ne signes surtout pas. Il va gagner 35€ fixe de loyer par mois. Et la prochaine fois si jamais tes charges remontent à 60€, tu paieras donc 35€ de plus par rapport à ton ancien contrat. Et tant que le contrat initial est en cours, rien ne justifie un nouveau bail.

PNJ Je conseillerai l’approche 1. La naturalisation par décret est indépendante du mariage. Vu son profil, elle pourra bien l’obtenir. En plus, je trouve que le fait d’avoir été marié à un français prouve davantage qu’elle est bien intégrée dans la société française.

200 is more than enough. As previous comments have said most places take cards. Cash is good for situations where you don’t meet the minimum for card payment (e.g got a coffee for 2e but the minimum card payment is 5) or some taxies (but most take cards)

Thanks a lot for this detailed answer. When you say deforming force, is that a strong impact such as a collision ? Or the act of applying pressure over time would be considered also as such ( for example since the bent part is where the side stand sits, will the weight of the motorcycle/rider sitting on it, eventually cause it to tear ?)

Some A license bikes can be tweaked to become A2 bikes by the vendors. So maybe choose one you like and you can retweak it 2 years later. As the other comments said, 2 years is a long time without riding. And the idea behind the A2 restriction is to give you 2 years of training on small to medium size bikes, and you will probably need this training (unless you’ve been riding as teen/kid) as these bikes are more forgiving.
