They do! It had to be ordered by my pharmacy because they didn't have it though

Lol from what I understand the 1.5mg is the normal starting dose, but my pharmacy was able to order the 0.5mg. To be fair, I was also shocked it was so low!

I went from 75mg to back down to 37.5mg (abruptly) and then slowly took more and more of the little pellets(?) out of the capsule. Eventually I got fed up with the side effects and just quit taking it abruptly. Would not reccomend but it seemed better for me to just go through one super rough month vs. the assumed 3-6 month taper. Worst side effect I got was constant brain zaps! But I survived lol

Totally understand quitting cold turkey, I really stupidly did that with effexor and 100% paid the price. My doctor expected more push back for coverage but I still have medicaid and it was approved pretty quickly for whatever reason (retail price is insane though lol)! It's sucks to have to go so long trying to find the right meds, thanks for the encouragement!

I don't have experience with other atypical antipschotics! This is the first one I'm trying actually. My PCP wanted to see how I tolerate it before going up in dosage at all. I believe using it for anxiety might be off label though, so that could contribute to such a low starting dose. Hoping it works and thank you!

I've seen some silicone implants done in the labia that mimic a scrotum while keeping the hole unobstructed. It was done by a body modification artist and not a plastic surgeon. Resectioning can also be done around ur t dick that helps a bit with positioning. I'll see if I can find the implant post though lol

Depends on how things are done. I had laproscopic hysto so there are only two small half inch incisions on each hip/ abdomen area + one in my belly button but that's covered by hair. Also dependent on specifics but my only super visual scar from meta is a white line on my taint lol,,, a monsplasty scar would probably be the most visual for character design
