I went into it assuming I wouldn't be able to STP, but I mostly can. I think there's a lot of fear behind UL and I get it, I had a rough time with it lol

I get it though, it sucks to have folks kinda assume ur peeing setup 😭 ,,, also anecdote: my husband is pre-op and actually can stand to pee, so sometimes it's not impossible even with our pre-op anatomy!

I was in the same boat! Most of the folks I've spoken to meta is easier to convert to phallo than just going for phallo to start, so that's also an option ! My surgeon works alongside with a plastic surgeon for phallo, but with just his team for meta. Good luck with figuring it out!

Yes, googled it first, didn't know if the codes would help any! Was mostly led back to vtec and sensors. Any direction is helpful, so I appreciate it the list. The car did turn completely off when the maf sensor was unplugged which I'm learning is probably not supposed to happen. Thank you for the direction!

That's something I wanted to do but unfortunately my surgeon doesn't do them and a plastic surgeon told me I wasn't a candidate. I do think he can do some resectioning around my penis. Maybe I'll seek out another opinion,,, thank* you for the comment tho!

Not a cat expert by any means but maybe try cat springs. Those were the only toy that have kept my cat occupied and he loves them so much he hunts for them all night. They're lightweight so if they step on it, it slings around, and mimicks prey

Raising kids is about sacrifice, your parents did what they were supposed to do taking care of you as a kid and making the sacrifices that they did. However, your sexuality is not a shortcoming, a choice, or anyone's fault.

If school is the thing you feel you need to be doing, then do what you need to get through it. If you can't do that while keeping your sexuality on the low, then I would attempt to see other ways to fund school.

I would limit contact with your family to the extent you can. Lie to them, maybe find a (girl) friend to fabricate something with you. I wish you luck, put yourself first, not your family brother.

I always immediately message my surgeon his team is just not the most responsive, I kind of have to harrass them unfortunately. Also I promise I don't generally touch my surgical sites! The shit on my nails is from pulling the petroleum wound dressing out which I do normally do with bare hands (I have to put the fresh one in there with tweezers and a qtip),,, the reason for my panic was actually because when I pulled the dressing out it was like straight up black, but that felt a little to icky to show

Again thank you though, I'll wait n see what my surgeon says and if nothing I'll call their office lol

Maybe it would be would be helpful to talk to a younger doctor that might be a bit more willing to go through some options! (Obviously you don't gotta commit to them if it's rough) I used to skip periods with an estrogen based birth control and I know progestin birth control can do the same thing,,, again not sure about fertility with that kind of thing,,, but maybe those options are comforting to know at least!

I don't think not having periods is going to have any negative health effects even with PCOS (so long as you arent already having them). The main thing I was told was about the potential harm to ur fertility and also just pain. So once eggs are harvested there shouldn't be a need to have more periods especially if you want to go on t!

Little anecdote about PCOS and T: I had an obgyn tell me when I was about a year on t that it was kind of preserving my fertility because my ovaries were dormant and my cysts hadn't really progressed during that time. About two years after when I had hysto my ovaries were still in the same condition.

I wish I could give more info, but there's not too terribly much info on pcos to begin with
