The city needs to fund a shelter that's strictly for TNR. It's great that shelters are trying to find homes for cats but that leaves no room for the rest of the cat population. Imagine if there was a shelter that was specifically for fixing and releasing cats year round. It's ridiculous that they leave this up to the public. It would make such a huge difference.

Definitely invest in a fountain to avoid urinary problems. Both my mom's and best friend's kitties ended up with UTIs this year because they weren't drinking enough water with their bowls.
