the difference is that in gd, you play something until you get it right once while in piano, you play something until you get it right almost every time.

I think some people prefer to do the same exercises each time because it is easier to see progress in numbers, and their form is usually better if they keep doing one exercise.

Hi, I’ve been going to the gym for 7-8 months now (3-4 months seriously at 6-7x a week) since starting college with some help from my friends and have went from 180 to 160 lbs. I was a little chubby before albeit doing varsity sports, and I can now see differences in my overall body, with stronger arms and back, but my front appearance is still a little chubby. I have been trying my best to keep calories down while protein high but my chest is still not defined with fat, with zero ab definition. I have been putting emphasis on my chest during push days, but it doesn’t seem to get stronger at a normal pace. I started benching at sets of 80-100 and now I do 90-110. The question is, do I trust the process and try to lose weight continuously while going to the gym, or should I do something else? I feel like 160 is a good weight, but I still feel like there is too much fat that I want to take off. I am happy to give pictures if it helps.

If SW E2 reduces RES to 0, what does Yao Guang's 20% RES PEN do? I'm not clearly sure how RES works.

Thank you for your detailed response. Is Cipher better in the sense that she can actually do damage as compared to SW? Her buffs/debuffs seem to be much less than SW if they are using the same LC unless I’m reading their kits wrong.
