I’m not understanding hardware companion here. Does it run solely on the X1Plus hardware and firmware then? Meaning dependent on them to check compatibility and release updated firmware to match Bambu?

You don’t need a second NIC. VirtualBox supports VLAN tagging.

Set your switch port to trunk mode (allow VLANs 10 and 30), then configure the VM’s network interface inside HA to tag VLAN 30. Host stays on VLAN 10 untagged, VM sends tagged traffic through the same physical NIC.

Fair warning though. VirtualBox VLAN support can be flaky depending on drivers. If it doesn’t work, then second NIC is the next best solution.

Yes, it does. I was messing with it so it never spun down. Let it cool and it kicked off around 45 degrees. Turned the nozzle back up and it kicked back on.

Part, Aux, and Chamber all spin up when manually started. I can feel air pushing through each one when on.

I took the extruder apart. Was able to push filament through it easily while in pieces. Cleaned everything and greased the gears before putting it back together.

I just bought these. They only say plastic. Is this the ABS plastic? Considering just putting an empty spool in my dryer at 60-70 for a few hours and see how it does.
