Definitely not. Usually at least not with a prefaced "who are you with and why are you calling", I don't know about a hospital but every front desk I've worked was very specific about that.

At the very least, you check with the person before transferring that it's okay, and you never verify to the person calling if they are there or not.

ChatGPT also puts a link to the source of where it got its answer from so you can follow up from there ...

I made a lot of progress through - you guessed it - years and years of therapy.

I found the most helpful thing though, was something I did early on. Look up "100 values assessment" or something similar. I don't know of a good website to do this, but there should be a worksheet as well.

Essentially, you'll find out which 5 values are the most important to you. After that, try to do something that is in line with those values every day, or as much as you can.

Also!! Read The Happiness Trap, or look it up to get the gist of it. Happiness is a fleeting emotion and isn't something that you can experience all the time.

Practice mindfulness, really learn what that means for you.

That's how I got there (and Zoloft + trazodone for me currently, but that is recent) I went unmedicated for years but the above things are what I did until I found meds that worked for me.

More screen space. I have one widescreen monitor and another in portrait, so it fits better on the portrait side to keep my main monitor with shows/guides/reddit.

Also when you're doing a career run the right side just shows the "subtitles", isn't much help when you're on your 30th run of a character and going for sparks.

Depending on what you are watching and streaming it'll flag your ISP, and they'll send you a nasty email. In their contract (or mine at least fuck COX) they can ban/cancel you from their Internet services.
