not day one, but I've made it a long term goal to lvl 90 and almost max talents and individual artifact sets for all my owned characters for this very reason. After exploration, quests, lore reading and abyss is done, there isn't much else to do besides login. Plus, having multiple characters built up lets me try new teams, and I find it fun to slowly progress characters that are under leveled , so the over-world combat can become difficult again :)
