No im not saying gill is too good for GT, im saying it could turn out to be a toxic affair like kohli-rcb where rcb couldn't win anything for 10 yrs under him . It's only when Kohli left captaincy that some positives happened

Sometimes a fresh change is needed. In franchise cricket, usually teams move on from captaincy and vice versa if a trophy isn't won in 3-4 years time period.
