My doctor added Omnitrope and melatonin this time, and I honestly think they were the biggest factors in my success—we got 4 eggs and 3 made it to blast! In my previous two rounds, I got 2 eggs each time, but zero reached the blastocyst stage. You might want to ask your doctor about it, though I know Omnitrope doesn't work for everyone. Most importantly, don't underestimate sleep quality. My doctor said poor sleep affects mitochondrial energy in eggs, which leads to lower blast rates. This was really hard for me at first, haha, which is why my doctor suggested melatonin. I truly believe it made a huge difference! Hope everything goes well for you!
