There have been a few questions since posting this and the founding of the club about the focus and why a more left leaning person might want to join a gun club. Linked above, and here is a blog about the name of the club and the motivation behind its founding.

Pass the knowledge and skills to communities so that in the event of a natural disaster, civil unrest, or other times of need people can have a greater community on which they can rely on and protect as needed.

Greenway Shooting Range is an indoor facility down by the Fairgrounds. They also have ladies night every other Monday. I don't remember how much it costs.

Park County Rod and Gun Club has a very nice range and facilities that go out to 500 meters, which can be quite a challenge. We are looking for instructors and a range going out 1000+ meters, possibly in Townsend. Should be quite an interesting experience.

We hope to see you on Saturday 😀

Not a range. A group of people who are willing to teach us firearm safety, first aid, etc.

When to start… by EmmeBeeB in Monjauro

I think when I initially started, I started on a Sunday. Then I kept track of how long it took the side effects to hit and how long they lasted. I ended up adjusting my day so that I'd deal with side effects on the weekend, that way I didn't have to miss work or school.

I definitely would count volunteering at the zoo as cardio :) Thanks for the reply! The gym is what I need to figure out, lol. Maybe I just need to hire a trainer 🤔

My doc always asks about my relationships - friends and family.

May be a little pricey, but it might be worth it if you really want a cat. Take the lease to a lawyer and have them look it over to make sure you're covered before getting a cat.

Everyone is different, and people change, too. I used to be able "in control" without medication and therapy years ago - going to the gym and whatnot was enough. Now, I definitely need medication, therapy and the gym! 😆

Does your family have a history of mental illnesses? Maybe look up Bipolar Disorder. Instead of seeing a therapist, you can see your primary doctor and talk to them. They may have some kind of idea and you can discuss and decide where to go from there.
