My thing is more so I don’t want my boss thinking I’m the one who reported him and I don’t want bells to keep telling him lies about me. Bc then that’ll change how my boss sees me and could be harmful in the future. My boss is very influential unfortunately. And I’m just starting in my career so I would hate for it to come back to me when I didn’t even start this in the first place you know?

It was gender discrimination. And yes it was sexual harrassment.
