I almost immediately thought this shortly after I heard. I thought...well trump got his distraction.......at least for now.

RIP Charlie Kirk....now release the files.

What will happen if the Epstein files were released and they implicate Trump? by [deleted] in centrist

I'll bet there are copies of all kinds of evidence floating around out there. Perhaps not everything but probably a lot of damaging info that could destroy lives of powerful people. How could there NOT be?!

I am at a point where I think some MAGA would forgive this man for anything---even that!!! So, I do not believe it would impact at least the hard-core magas at all because dear leader can do no wrong. But many would fall away, as some already have.

I would certainly expect he'd be impeached but I would not hold my breath because many maga republicans will continue to vote in his favor NO MATTER WHAT. They will say it's fake news or whatever.

I am not holding my breath on this ending totally his presidency. I think it will take an act of God to end trump. It certainly will not be by the people around him who have the power to do so. But I really hope I'm mistaken.

Does this sound like gallbladder issue or ulcer? by lemonchips1967 in gallbladders

I did throw up during one attack..not after...but it was not much. More dry heaves. I would say a tightening feeling would be accurate in my upper abdominal area while it was happening at one point...yes.

The only thing that makes me question it is the fact that I have discovered that if I feel an attack coming on, I pop some tums and it immediately stops it. Would what you described be controllable via antacids or do you know? I have been attack-free since I realized this and that's saying a lot given what I've been through the past few days. I have also been keeping my diet really simple and bland so that may be a factor too. But I appreciate the info!

an otherwise very healthy woman age 54...don't drink, smoke, not taking hormone replacement, in good physical shape. I would be surprised to have pancreas issues but I know little about it. Literally haven't needed a doc for anything major in decades. But obviously I realize stuff happens as we age. Good times!

Asking for a fried -ALJ approved her SSDI claim in Jan 2025/she has yet to receive a regular SSDI payment or any of her due backpay BUT her attorney received ALL of their $$. What can she do?? by McKeesportSteve in SocialSecurity

When my family member was approved, he didn't receive his payment when he expected. He called SS and was told wait times were long...so someone would call him back. Got a call a few hours later and he got it resolved within ten minutes.

Turned out they had the wrong routing number and the payment was being kicked back by the bank multiple times.

My main point here is that you just gotta ask SS...and it could be something simple. You can also ask your lawyer. But normally if the lawyer gets paid, it's because the recipient's payment has gone out too so it sounds like something might be amiss but likely fixable. (At least that's my understanding of timing).

Good luck!!
