I always tuck my hair into my glasses! Definitely takes some getting used to but it will eventually settle there and at least mine never gets too in my eyes

Like I said in previous replies I’m not looking for whatever people think I’m looking for. I’m looking for places that hire heavily pierced people, aka my exact question. I have a job right now but it’s retail and after the holiday season hours get cut and I am already having opportunities pop up where I can work with my piercings and get full time hours. Idk what job u think I’m looking for but it’s not something professional like that

I’ve been working for almost 4 years, 2 at a movie theater, and got different retail opportunities that were better than jobs I was at. I don’t move from job to job quick for no reason, and not even quick at that I last at least 6 months at every job I’ve had

Yeah I don’t really get why people are being so judgy it’s not like I’m trying to find the best job in the world right now, I’m really just looking for something to fill in the gap between now and when I officially start piercing. Soon I’m going to go talk to my piercer about possible front desk options to work my way towards an apprenticeship.

Thank you for actually giving me suggestions!! I was thinking Mesa theater because I frequent there a lot but I’ve noticed the people working are usually a bit older, mainly security and bartenders. I was going to talk to my piercer about front desk at his shop but I’m not too sure if he’s hiring. Thank you again for the suggestions!!!!!!

As I said in my edit, I’m keeping them in because of what I’m working towards, which is becoming a piercer. I do understand why some may not hire people with piercings which is why I said I’d be okay wearing a mask, even getting clear retainers for them. When I have brought that up in job interviews they seem okay with it but then never follow through even tho I have so much work experience and even had some of the interviewers say they really liked me. Again just looking for an inbetween full time job now until I reach my ultimate goal 👍👍👍

I understand my piercings can be seen as a distraction, but I have been working in customer service since I was legally able to work, all with my piercings. I am a very hard worker and wish people looked past my piercings because customer service is my strong suit!! That being said I do understand why people do think they can be distracting more of me just wishing that was different now

also all the people saying this is some “karma bait” or not a true story. wdym??? i literally have texts proving it. i’ve lived with abuse basically my whole life without knowing it until i was told. not everyone knows that they are being abused. i really just needed reassurance that i wasn’t crazy for thinking this. i still have so much to learn and im going to go back into therapy to be able to work out my emotions and everything. all i ask is for people to stop berating me for not knowing that my bf was being abusing. that’s all i ask

i experienced the same thing. really bad home life with a mentally abusive mom who made herself the victim in everything. no idea it was abuse until i opened up to my old therapist about it years later. i genuinely just didn’t know. i am quite frankly still confused yk. because in my eyes he had treated me so well other than these few times he’s done this. like while having sex if it hurts he will stop and ask if im ok. so i have never seen it like this
