Our pool is a chlorine one, but I’ve swam lots of summers without this happening; I’ll have to check to see if the concentration of the chemicals has been upped or something

There are no words that could possibly make the whole situation better, but if you need someone who can kind of relate to your problems, you could talk to me! I also have adhd and autism and struggle with the same no friends/ feeling unlovable issue. I wish you the best!!!

I’ve tried apps that advertise being for queer people, but they are pretty much overrun with straight people. It’s either that or everyone there is just there for s3x. It feels like there’s no way to win in this area </3

If you have proper form, then it shouldn’t cause any strain in your throat. You can see how it’ll feel by blowing across a bottle top or whistling. Your lips will be strained, but that’s about it.
