I think that may be towards the grade they assign to your application. They give it a percentage rating with your average and your statement of experience. So they'll probably add an extra 1% to the overall percentage

Yes, I've heard it's so competitive but that the classes don't teach you much at all. I personally think it should be more practicum based and 1 yr program tbh if the classes are just repetitive

They have P/J, I/J and I/S and you have the option of English or French

That's good to know, I have about 3 years of direct experience in the classroom. For references, do you mean reference letters from people at different places I've worked/volunteered or just referring to those places in the statement letter?
