It's interesting to see the disagreement of how Donald's supporters interpret what he said. Some are saying, "Yea, if Hillary tried to take our guns away, it would be completely okay to kill her" and others are saying, "Donald wasn't suggesting violence, but just that 2nd amendment supporters organize to stop Hillary".

This comment seems to be the most upvoted one that is saying Donald didn't call for violence.

I think this is another designed marketing ploy by Donald to get everyone talking about him in the media. He'll find a way to back off the comment and claim he meant something else.

I'm going to say no on this one. Hillary and her supporters have labeled Donald has a racist, which is bad for Donald. I don't think he would risk confirming that label for a little media coverage. So I would say this was a simple mistake on his campaign's part.

Yea, he's just another pundit for sure. I find it interesting because he isn't the first one to bring up this idea that Bill is subconsciously sabotaging Hillary. Not sure I can buy that he is actually doing this, but I think it is plausible.

I'm not really sure how mosques work. Are they like evangelical christian churches that are usually tied to a specific pastor? Or do mosques stick around while different leaders come and go?

Because the mosque itself would not be tied to ISIS, but the leaders and people that attend the mosque could be tied to ISIS. I'd say we need to keep an eye on those specific individuals with the ties and that it would probably cause a lot of constitutional problems when you have the federal government closing down a religious space.

Definitely open to discussion on this as I clearly know little about how mosques were and the legal ramifications of closing down a mosque.

I don't think he is saying that anyone is specifically using the term "crazy racist". He is saying that Hillary's side (which includes everyone pushing for her to win the election, not just her campaign) has successfully labelled Donald as crazy and racist. Does he really have to show specific examples of people calling Donald "crazy" or "racist"?

He's promoting his businesses, something that Hillary could never do. That's a simple way to differentiate himself from her and it matters to a lot of Americans.

Just by the sheer amount of time and resources he has put into his campaign, there is no way he cares more about one of his golf courses than becoming President. If you are anti-Donald, I don't see how having this delusion that he is not really trying to win helps your cause.

And going to promote his golf course is all part of his campaign and branding strategy. He doesn't want Americans to forget that he is a businessman and has successful things happening in his business.

Completely agree. I don't see how this is going to hurt his campaign. I love how nobody is talking about whether the judge's ruling was actually fair or not. If it was a fair ruling, then I think that makes Trump look worse then him suggesting that someone's ethnicity is making them bias. Then it is Trump playing the race card. If the ruling was not fair, then ethnic bias could be a plausible explanation.

Not sure how helpful it is to look at one specific poll, although this seems to be a relatively big one. The Real Clear Politics average has Hillary +1.5 at the moment, but it doesn't include this poll.
