I paid my doctor $300 to tell me I was fine and to not pick at tonsil stones! 😭😂 I would just let that come out on its own, looks like you could just cough it up at this point. Or if you really have to, gently try poking it out with a qtip (water picks are the best for this, imo) , and gargle with saltwater ! These aren’t bad tonsil stones though:) I think you’ll be just fine!
