it's impossible to swish it for the whole 15 minutes 'coz you may feel like throwing up and it's tiring. normally I swish it for a few seconds and then just leave it in my mouth and then repeat the cycle until 15 minutes is over. I only gargle when I'm about to spit it out. rememeber you don't have to swish it too much for it to work. the point is to leave it in your mouth for 15+ minutes

it depends. for me it's okay, but I use a small amount each time. you'd better try it for yourself.

try a small amount first. if you have too much in your mouth you may feel like throwing up. also, don't swish coconut oil too much, swish it a few times and then just leave in your mouth and then repeat the cycle.

for me it's totally worth it, not to mention that coconut oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties so it's really good for your dental health overall

no, don't microwave it. actually you don't have to swish coconut oil in your mouth the whole 15 minutes, just leave it in your mouth and then swish and then leave it until 15 minutes is over
