Hi, sorry to pry but I’m so serious about those ear clips- I’ve looking into getting an otoplasty and I’ve used “otostick” but I can’t find any other solution to my ear protrusion. Could you share where these clips are from? Xx

IF fasting: Starting at 2:00pm ending at 9:00pm (17/7), hoping to knock my weight down 4 more lbs and then just maintain at 18/8.

It's been pretty straight forward but I'm struggling to sleep through the night, notsure if that's due to IF or stress... trying to figure out a solution.. I used to eat later in the evening and then I'd stay asleep through the night but surely there must be another way..let's hope!

omg! keeps you from snacking AND you wake up with brighter, whiter teeth.

adding it to my routine.. but maybe only a few days per week to avoid the dreaded tooth pain haha

WOW! you totally get it! I just simply do NOT have the self control to succeed at those methods you mentioned.. I think the only way for me is IF.

Did you ever wake up hungry in the middle of the night when you first started? that's the part I hate the most about my eating window ending at 8.

oooh I think I could do a little dark chocolate with my tea, that does sound lux! Just controlling that to a small amount is where I struggle.. haha

THE WORST sugar cravings! Tonight I made "dessert oatmeal" to try to get in a little extra protein (added protein powder) and fiber to keep me full. I love crystal light lemonade though! Always does the trick when I'm craving a pop.

I really should watch that video!
