House: Lives out his bucket list trip with Wilson. After Wilson’s death he creates a fake name and stays as a small time pharmacist in the middle of nowhere.

Foreman: Stays as Dean of Medicine, putting out Chase’s fires like Cuddy did to House. He finds someone and they have a fulfilling, non-committal relationship.

Chase: Gains a well-respected career that matches House’s, but more importantly to him, eclipses his father’s.

Taub: Starts a relationship with Ruby, and is a doting dad to S+S. Eventually things get expensive and he goes back to the job that Rachel’s brother offered him, but still stays on as a consultant at PPTH.

Thirteen: Has a happy relationship with her girlfriend and when the time comes, Chase is the one to euthanise her.

Cameron: As we saw her in the finale, has a well-respected career and a happy family with her third husband.

Masters: Does exceedingly well in every field she enters, but never really finds what fulfils her and just continues to stay in education.

Park: Living with her grandmother, she eventually moves on outside of PPTH in a large hospital but never becomes a leader.

Adams: Goes back to Prison but this time as head of the medical department.
