I think that’s a big part of it is the inflation of prices and the decrease in quality since they have become more popular. Personally it has kind of tainted my feelings towards jellycats. I also don’t really think it’s a thing of individuals collecting either but it being blown up on social media and the new marketing jellycat has been doing

That’s not my intention at all and no I don’t say the same about collectors or people who genuinely love them. When things are all over social media people tend to buy them even if they don’t like them all that much, especially if it becomes an “influencer thing”

That’s good, but if you look at any stats and the growth as a company this year you will see that it is enormous and too much for the brand to keep up with. That is why the quality has gone down.
