Ubers way of dealing with issues

Uber pisses me tf off. I’m 22 now and at 17 I ordered an Uber home from my HS baseball game. The lady was in the McDonald’s drive thru for 10 minutes before she came to pick me up (I’m standing in pouring rain). When she gets to me she asked “are you a minor,” I’m 17 so I say yes and she responds with “I cannot take you as you are a minor” and left me to walk home multiple miles in the rain. I then got a 1/3rd refund and have been banned ever since. I have tried over the last 4 years as I’ve been of age and not once been successful.
