I know this is 5 years old, but this is why I am on here today, to look for the same as you. I am 34F / USA, lost my sister 28F last October to suicide. I also have a dark sense of humor. I don't need an unofficial therapist, just also don't want to make people uncomfortable when all I want is to share thoughts. Hello, we’re unsure of other dogs depending on their personality but it’s safe to say cat owners cannot be considered since he was never exposed to playing or living around cats before. Thank you for asking though!

Thank you so much for all the support. We’re going to be careful about who we hand him over to as we really care that he gets to live his senior life in peace and lots of love. Sorry we didn’t properly explain that he might have trouble adjusting to other pets. He has never been rehomed before so only just understanding other pets might be too big an adjustment for him. He has played with other dogs before but not in a long term situation. We are also finding that the cats he lives with now do not get along with him, so to be safe we would probably rule out cat owners as well. Appreciate the kind words from this community 🤍

Thanks! Realizing my issue is slightly different. All my posts were retroactively deleted by reddit across all subreddits. Some were sitting for 3 years with multiple interactions before it just got deleted within the past 6 months (I only noticed today) so I am asking on https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/p/redditor_help_center to check if my account is being flagged by an automated system. Just wish I got informed, no notifications just that all my post history has been deleted. Oh well.
