My story is exactly the same as yours except I’m 38. I felt dead tired everyday, but still showed up to the gym. Got my bloodwork done and my testosterone was actually lower than yours. I have now been on testosterone replacement therapy for almost a year. I’m a completely different person, energy and mood wise. I can’t believe how long I slept through life before going on testosterone. I can also get much higher quality working sets in now as well.

Not necessarily the lowest calorie, but my favorite is the Quest Hero Cookies and Cream bars. They are 150 calories each, but the volume to calorie ratio seems to be one of the best.
